Clearing your cache can help with many of the streaming issues you might be running into as well as lots of other problems you might experience. With most modern browsers, you can hold Shift and press the refresh button ( ) to clear the cache for the specific page you are on. Depending on your browser, you may have an option to choose how far back to clear your cache. In most cases, you can go ahead and clear everything, but if you choose "the last hour" or "the last day" and that doesn't resolve your issue, you may need to go further back.
