Missing Buttons/Functions
Our website is designed to rearrange or remove some of the functions when it is viewed on smaller screens, such as tablets and smart phones. This allows the site to work better on these devices and keeps the small screens from getting too cluttered.
If you are using a tablet and are missing some of the buttons, you may be able to turn it sideways to a landscape orientation to get some of the buttons back. This depends on the size and model of your tablet, so this may not help on all devices. If you cannot get these buttons on your tablet or smart phone, you may need to use a computer with a larger screen to have full functionality.
Computer/Laptop
If you are seeing this problem on a computer or laptop, the first thing you can try is maximizing the screen.
If this doesn't help, try making sure that you are zoomed out. Press “Ctrl + 0” (“Cmnd + 0” on a Mac) to zoom to normal. You can also hold the Ctrl (Cmnd) button while scrolling with your mouse wheel to zoom in and out. One of these options should bring back the missing functions.
In some cases, a computer/laptop may display an error message that says, "This page has not been optimized for mobile devices." The steps above should help with that as well.
Contacts Page
If you are missing the icon for the “Contacts” page, this could be because your organization has chosen to limit the ability to send invites to those with Admin access. In this case, I would recommend contacting someone on the staff to ask them to send an invitation for you.
