How do I get my username/password?

RightNow Media @ Work is set up as an organization-wide subscription service, and the invitations to join are sent by the organization’s leaders. If you have recently been invited into RightNow Media @ Work by someone at your business or organization, you should be able to follow the link in your email invitation to register your account.

If you are redirected to a log-in page without filling out your profile, this means your email address is already in our system. This can happen if you have purchased any products from us, our sister ministry (RightNow Media), or downloaded any of our video illustrations. If you do not remember your password, please click the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the login page, and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.

Your “Username” is your full email address.
