Your contacts are the people you wish to have a RightNow Media @ Work Account under your organization’s subscription. This list includes your Admins, Users, and the email addresses of those who have not yet registered.
From your “Contacts” page, you will be able to add new contacts to your organization’s account or to a distribution list if needed.
If you are an Admin, you will see the options to "Add Admin" or "Add User,” and if you are a User, you will see the option to "Add User.” From here, you will simply enter or paste the list of email addresses into the field and select "Send Invitations.” This will send out email invites to all the email addresses entered.
You will then see their email address listed on the contact list as a pending invite.
Everyone can see the entire contact list, however, only the Owner of the account is able to delete contacts from the account.
