What user roles are available for RightNow Media @ Work?

There are 4 basic roles on every account with RightNow Media @ Work with the following abilities:

User

• Browse all content in the Personal Care and Leadership libraries
• Invite others from their organization to join RightNow Media @ Work as a User

Admin

• Browse all content in the Personal Care and Leadership libraries
• Create, edit and send training posts
• Invite others from their organization to join RightNow Media @ Work as a User or Admin

Admin+

• Browse all content in the Personal Care and Leadership libraries
• ALSO browse all content in the Work as Worship Library
• Create, edit and send training posts
• Invite others from their organization to join RightNow Media @ Work as a User, Admin, or Admin+

Owner

• Browse all content in the Personal Care and Leadership libraries
• ALSO browse all content in the Work as Worship Library
• Create, edit and send training posts
• Invite others from their organization to join RightNow Media @ Work as a User, Admin, or Admin+
• Create a custom library for the organization to highlight meaningful content
• Block content not relevant to the organization
• Update organization info including logo and payment methods

NOTE: There can be only one registered Owner per account.
