In addition to being able to add as many channels as you would like to your company's custom library, you can also customize the banner that displays at the top of your company's library. Only the account owner will have the ability to edit this banner. Here's how you can get started:
First, log into RightNow Media @ Work and go to your custom library (it will be named after your company).
Next, click the edit pencil icon that appears when you hover over the banner. You can also click "My Profile" in the top right corner and chose "Organization Settings."
You should automatically be brought to the "Company Profile" tab. Hover over the banner again, and, from the popup window that appears, select the "Choose File" button to pick an image. The dimensions for this banner are 1600 x 390, so you will want an image that is set to those dimensions. If you need to edit your image or create a new one, you can use a free picture-editing site like www.picmonkey.com.
After selecting a file, you will be able to adjust the framing of your image by dragging it to fit the red dotted border. You can also re-size it using the slider bar underneath. When it looks perfect, choose "Save" at the bottom.
