Missing Video URL Error
If you are seeing an error message when viewing a video that you uploaded to a RightNow Media @ Work training post, this indicates that the embed code that references your video is missing or inactive. In most cases, this happens if the video element your training post references from your "My Elements" page was deleted or changed. If this is a video that you uploaded prior to early 2014, please read below.
Videos Uploaded Prior to 2014
In the past, we used a service called LimeLight to deliver video content that organizations uploaded to a training post. As our ministry grew, we found Vimeo to be a much more reliable option moving forward, so we made the decision to switch to a different content delivery network. We have completed the process of moving all of our content over, but, unfortunately, there was a handful of videos that were uploaded by organizations to Limelight which we have no access to. In these cases, it's likely that you still have the original video file on your computer since it would have been something that you had access to in order to upload it. You can upload that same video file to Vimeo.com or YouTube using the steps here: https://support.rightnow.org/entries/21664858.
