The RightNow Media @ Work team is excited that we can offer your business not just one customizable channel but an entire library of customizable channels using all 5 types of video content. You can create as many channels as you would like, and the account Owner is the person who will have access to add and customize your channels. Here's how you can get started:
First, log in to RightNow Media @ Work and select your company’s custom library from the left-hand side. It will be named after your business. Next, use the "Add New Channel" window to name your channel and choose the type of content it will include. Then, choose "Create New Channel." Your new custom channel will appear below. Select “Click to Start Adding Content,” and it will open this window:
From here, you can begin adding content. The best way to add content to your custom library is to just go browse the content on our site. If you find something you like, select the checkbox to the left of that content. You can add as many videos as you like! When you are done, simply select “Save Channel” in the bottom right.
Once you have populated your channel, you can further edit it by selecting “Edit Channel.” Here, you can sort the content in the order you’d like by dragging and dropping. When you are done, make sure the Hidden/Active switch is set to Active, and your channel will be available on the platform!
Now everyone in your organization can view the curated content from their login.
