Creating Your Training Post
To create a training post in RightNow Media @ Work, select “My Training” from the “My Profile” drop-down menu in the upper-right corner. Note: only Owners and have access to create and/or edit training posts.
Select “Create Post” on the left-hand side. You will now be directed to a page where you can create your training post! In order to save your post, you will need to first add (1) a title, (2) a brief description, (3) a title for the first page, and (4) drag and drop your first element under the first page title. Note: the elements may appear “grayed out,” but you will be able to drag and drop them in the blank space under the first page title.
When you are done, select “View Post” to preview and “Send Post” to send your newly-created training post to anyone in your contact list!
The contacts you've sent the post to will receive an email notification about the post. They will also find it in their inbox whenever they log into RightNow Media @ Work.
