We understand how important it is to be able to train your people consistently and effectively, but we also know how difficult this can be. You are busy with all your responsibilities leading a business, and your people are busy with the work you’ve hired them to do! With this in mind, we’ve created a Customizable Training Library (CTL). The purpose of the CTL is to help “bridge the gap” between faith and work and adapt RightNow Media @ Work to your specific business context. It is certainly not meant to replace face-to-face meetings but to help you stay connected with your leaders and people in between those meetings and help make those meetings more productive.
Additionally, in integrating RightNow Media @ Work into your company culture, it’s important that the leadership team are not the only ones taking “ownership” of the platform and it’s uses. We’ve found that the companies most successful in making RightNow Media @ Work a part of their culture have groups led by employees, too.
Send Frequent Training Posts
Frequently engage your staff with training posts. We have found that best results come from sending a post out once a week, and these typically take 5 minutes or less to create. They will receive an email notification when the training post is sent. Whether it’s once a week, every other week, or once a month; figure out what works for you and your leaders and try to send it out on the same day of the week once you establish your schedule.
Once you know how to create and send a training post, show the rest of or your leadership how simple it is for them to do the same. We are here to help you train everyone on your executive staff to feel comfortable with the resource.
Encourage Employees to Start Group Studies
Employee-led group studies, like everything else regarding usage of the platform, is completely voluntary, though we have seen this to be a great way to fully integrate RightNow Media @ Work into a business
Topics can range from personal development (parenting, marriage) to business leadership or management. Because our platform can be accessed 24/7, these groups could meet outside of formal business hours, too.
