Your profile is needed in order to register your account. This is where you add your name, email address, and password. If you do not register your account, you are not able to stream the videos and studies from RightNow Media @ Work, nor can you complete the training posts you may have been assigned.
Having your full name displayed also helps your Admins to see who has an account within your organization and who does not.
