If you would like to invite others in your business to use RightNow Media @ Work, you can log in and follow these steps to send them an email invitation.
Begin by going to the "Send Invites" page. If you are an Admin or an Owner, this will display as “Contacts.”
This will bring you to a page where you can invite others. Simply add the email addresses of those you would like to invite and select “Send Invitations.”
Your contacts will now receive an email invitation to join RightNow Media @ Work which they can use to set up a profile and begin streaming videos. If you are an Admin or Owner, they will show up as "pending" in your contacts list until their invitation has been accepted and their account activated.
Only the Owner or an Admin will have the ability to upgrade a User to an Admin. If the contact you would like to upgrade has not been invited to RightNow Media @ Work, you can select "Admin" when sending them a new invitation from the contacts page.
If you want to upgrade a contact who is already in the system as a User, you can upgrade them from the contacts page. While on the “Contacts” page, select the User(s) you would like to upgrade. Once selected, click on the drop-down arrow above that indicates how many are selected.
You now have the option to select “Make Admin” or “Make Admin+.”
